Seasonal Processing Times :3-5 Business Days. We strive to get your orders out as soon as possible. If the order is made by 3pm (Mountain Time) we will try our best to get your order out that very day. If the order is placed after that we will send it out within two days (most of the time it is the next day). Since we are closed on the weekend all orders made Friday after 3pm (Mountain Time) to Sunday will be sent on the following Monday.
Yes, most of our beef jerky is made with Soy Sauce. We have now created a Gluten Free version of our Jerky. It is made with Tamari Soy Sauce which contains Water, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar. Check out the Gluten Free tab in products.
