Making Beef Jerky has been in our family since the 1940's.Our Beef Jerky is made in traditional thickness packed full of flavor. We enjoy taking the time and making quality beef Jerky for the community to love. We want our customers to taste our commitment to flavor and quality in every bite.

Meet the Owner

Tony Gutierrez blossomed JR's Jerky Company on his love of quality food and his passion for local business. Always being an entrepreneur Tony has had many local businesses including retail gift stores in Old Town and in Coronado Mall. He decided to carry on his fathers legacy of Beef Jerky in JR's Jerky Company. He is the "Willy Wonka" of jerky flavors, always mixing and concocting new and interesting varieties.
